Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the HiVietBro extension or the service at zalo-bridge-api.aleuphoria.workers.dev, you agree to these terms.
2. What the service is
A browser extension that displays translations of messages in Zalo Web and translates your outgoing messages via the Anthropic Claude API.
3. Account
- Created via Google OAuth — no separate registration.
- One account per Google email.
- You are responsible for the security of your Google account.
4. Plans and billing
- Free — 100 messages per day. No payment.
- Pro — extended limits, billed by subscription (details on /pricing).
- BYOK — your own Anthropic key, none of our limits.
Payments via Lemon Squeezy / Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase on Pro.
5. Acceptable use
The following is prohibited:
- Automated mass-mailing through the service.
- Translation of unlawful material (CSAM, real-life violence, content with clear copyright violations).
- Attempts to bypass or break service limits.
- Reverse engineering or cloning the service.
Violation results in account suspension without refund.
6. Translation quality
Translation is performed by AI and may contain errors. The service is not intended for critical communications (legal documents, medical instructions, financial transactions) without human review.
7. Service availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We depend on: Cloudflare, Anthropic API, Google OAuth, Zalo Web. If any of those is unavailable, the service may experience outages.
8. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time: [email protected].
- We may suspend an account upon violation of these terms.
- Upon termination, your local data is not automatically removed (you can clear it via the popup).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees over the past 12 months. We are not responsible for:
- Damages from incorrect translation.
- Outages of Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare, Zalo.
- Actions of third parties.
10. Not affiliated with Zalo
This is an independent product. Not associated with VNG Corporation, the owner of Zalo. "Zalo" is a trademark of VNG.
11. Changes to terms
For material changes — we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
12. Jurisdiction
Governing law — Russian Federation. Disputes — in courts at the operator's place of registration.
